"Standing on the border
Looking out into the great unknown
I can feel my heart beating faster as I step out on my own
There's a new horizon and the promise of favorable wind
I'm heading out tonight, traveling light
I'm gonna start all over again
And buy a one-way ticket on a west bound train
See how far I can go
I'm gonna go out dancing in the pouring rain
And talk to someone I don't know
I will face the world around me"
One way Ticket- Leanne Rimes
Meag and I are leaving with only a satchel in tow. Do you think they'll let us through on the airplane with the tow stick? :P
I kid, I kid. We packed real bags.
Mamma Dezee dropped us off at the Airport 7 hours early and we await our departure flights with now 5 hours remaining. ( for me anyway )
You see- my mother cannot night drive without falling asleep or killing a passerby ( knock on wood ) so we humbly ( tee hee ) told her to hike it home with a kiss and hug while we wait together.
But like my Pa states..
"Meagan and Shaina would stay entertained if they were stuffed in a garbage can together."
True story.
We sit on the floor, laptop keys clicking away as I search for fall adventures and Meagan bangs out her frustrations of a weak wireless connection.I laugh. She moans.
Meagan leaves for Hawaii at 2:00 a.m.
I leave for Michigan at 12:45 a.m.
Goodbye Cruel world.. hello new ( outside of Cedar ) men.
