Don't Cut the Hair!

"Shaina, will you cut my hair?"

"Ah! No! I won't cut it until i get pictures of it!"

 

That's how I reacted when dear Jamon told me his hair was too long and he needed a cut.

I thought he looked so handsome I had to take him out for another shoot!

I have adorable brothers. :) That's for sure.

 But of course- Jamon has such a fondess with his beanies, that the hair shots didn't last too long. 

We had such a hoot together! I rode the prop scooter while he hung onto the guitar, 

stoping him every few seconds "Wait! Perfect picture!" , throwing down the scooter so

violently in pace, that by the time we were through, my ankles were throwing up their own white flag in defeat

from all the scooter beatings. 

It was such a perfectly sunshiny day. 

This is one of my favorites from the day. 

Jay is such a goofball. I've got a big collection of silly faces, peace signs, thumbs up and

strange body poses from this shoot. :p

Couldn't love it more.

Jay picked me a flower from a tree in the park, and then we took turns throwing it into the river

when we noticed that it spun in a perfect circle when dropped. 

Ok, so were both goof balls. 

Jamon and I have grown real close since my coming back from Hawai'i; which I'm completely grateful for! He takes me out with his friends, and invites me to their activities! What are brothers for eh?

Jamon's one of the best.. out of three. :)

Anyways, 

I have been utterly addicted to Photoshop this past week, following tutorials from my favorite action mixes; Totally Rad Actions. If you haven't tried them, I highly suggest it. LOVE them!! And learning how to use them is far better than trial and error in my personal training. haha. 

So my picture editing has taken longer then usual, as I entertain myself rather than work. 

I'm surprised I finished anything at all really. 

So, in light of my recent "lessons" I had to play with one photo of Jamons. And for a novice, I'm really loving this one. :)
