Today is Sunday; July 25th.
Today is Jamon's Birthday.
Today Jamon is 16.
Yesterday we celebrated brother # 2's Birthday at the new "Lake on the Hill"
One of their rules; "Do not dig more than 6 inches deep." Hmmm. Peculiar.
My sister and I are taking him on a road trip for his birthday- curtesy of all of us Mysliwiec's. I'm pretty stoked about planning it. :)
We forgot the lighter.
So Jamon contorted his face just to appease the audience. I love the puzzled look of our niece on the far left. I can just hear her little mind wondering "Where's the fire?"
I LOVE my family!
We were the loudest ones at the Lake. People were laughing at our seaweed fights, tribal dancing after the tribal marking ritual, and gazed on in some kind of comical horror when my Pa chased Jamon around with a Stun gun he previously declared he wanted to be attacked with; on his birthday.
No worries; it wasn't done.
I'm so grateful we can all take a joke.
We all have rubber band marks either on our backs, legs or arms when my littler brother decided it would be funny to whack everyone with the balloons rubber band string. We payed him back graciously.
I will say, It's odd moving back to Cedar after being in Hawai'i the past 3 months with Oceans on every side of us... and now we come back to a man made lake. Yet; we still bask in it's glory like it's God's grand Ocean waters. Ha! Love it.

| My 3 year old Niece, Nautika, found a dead fish in the lake and held on to it for the remainder of the afternoon. She was rocking it.. giving it water, bathing it when it got covered in rocks, and than she kissed and hugged it goodbye. |
I thank God every day I get to call this amazing family 'mine'. :) In this, I am all too selfish. They are all far too adorable to dislike.
Jamon got another chance to blow out real candles this morning ( his actual birthday ).
...on an ice-cream sundae. yum.
Jamon- Thanks for having a birthday. And hey- I'm excited you're one year older. I love you Brah.=)
Our family....there are no words. Happiness. That's just it.

Being together and playing as a family is the best!!Except you will never know I was there....hum...no pics of mom on this day....and I actually felt like I looked good that day too....darn...anyway, Jay...I love you sooooo much. I can't believe you are 16 already.Time goes by so fast....I'm afraid to blink...before I know it, you'll be grown up too. :{ :}
